Terms of Service
Last updated: May 17, 2026
⚠ Use at your own risk — no warranties, no commitments
TrackMyI140 displays public USCIS case data on a best-effort basis. The information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate at any time and for any reason (USCIS website changes, scraping gaps, status updates we missed, USCIS reporting errors). Forecasts and statistics are estimates, not predictions. We make no warranty of any kind about accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for any purpose. Do not make immigration, legal, financial, or any other decisions based solely on what you see here — always verify with USCIS directly and consult a licensed immigration attorney. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk and to the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMyI140 and anyone associated with it disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or outcomes arising from reliance on the service.
1. About this service
TrackMyI140 is a free dashboard that helps applicants track the status of USCIS I-140 immigration cases by collecting publicly available data from the USCIS case status system. The service is an independent project operated by the TrackMyI140 team.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Not affiliated with USCIS
TrackMyI140 is an independent, non-official project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, or any U.S. government agency. All USCIS trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
3. Not legal advice · Not professional advice · No commitment
Nothing on TrackMyI140 is legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice, or any other professional advice. The site is informational only. Nothing displayed creates an attorney-client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship of any kind between you and TrackMyI140 or its operators.
Data may be wrong, partial, outdated, or missing entirely for reasons outside our control. We do not promise, guarantee, or commit to anything — not accuracy, not timeliness, not availability, not any particular outcome.
Statistics, projections, and forecasts (queue position, ETAs, approval rates, outcome estimates, Mi Batch cohort numbers, Forecast survival curves, etc.) are statistical estimates based on observed historical data. They are not predictions and not guarantees of any particular outcome on your case. Treat them as one data point among many, not as a decision-making basis.
Always verify case status with USCIS directly at egov.uscis.gov/casestatus and consult a licensed immigration attorney before acting on anything you see here.
4. Accounts and use
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
- You agree to register only receipt numbers that belong to you or that you have authorization to track.
- You will not abuse the service: no scraping the site at high frequency, no attempts to bypass rate limits, no reverse engineering, no unauthorized access to other accounts.
- You will not use the service to harass, defame, or harm others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Emails and notifications
By creating an account you opt in to transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, unsubscribe confirmations) and to optional informational emails (weekly case summary, status-change alerts). You can disable informational emails at any time from your profile or via the unsubscribe link present in every email.
6. No warranty · "AS IS"
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults, and without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, available, secure, or error-free.
- The data we display is accurate, complete, current, or matches what USCIS or any other source shows.
- Any forecast, ETA, statistic, prediction, or recommendation will be correct or will reflect what actually happens with your case.
- Defects in the service will be corrected within any particular timeframe, or at all.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties; in those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by local law.
7. Limitation of liability · No liability for content errors
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will TrackMyI140, its operators, contributors, or anyone associated with the project be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages whatsoever — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of opportunity, damage to reputation, missed immigration deadlines, denied or delayed petitions, attorney fees, or any other loss or harm — arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the service.
- Any decision, action, or omission taken in reliance on information, forecasts, statistics, or estimates shown on the site, including if that information turns out to be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.
- Errors, mistakes, bugs, omissions, inaccuracies, or any other defects in the service or its content.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any other matter relating to the service.
This applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any jurisdiction does not allow exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability in that jurisdiction will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law — and in no event will our total cumulative liability exceed USD $50.
You agree that you assume sole responsibility for any decisions you make based on the service, and that the only remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
8. Intellectual property
The code, design, branding, and content of TrackMyI140 are the property of the TrackMyI140 project, except for third-party trademarks (such as USCIS, Google) which belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the service without written permission.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. After termination, your personal data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador (where the TrackMyI140 team operates), without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Quito, Ecuador, except where local consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
